Connections Database, sponsored by InventVermont, is a listing of resources and creative efforts by individuals looking to promote innovation in Vermont. The goal of this database is to develop an online community where inventors and entrepreneurs can go to seek support in their quest to commercialize their idea. The database lists service providers that can help with specific tasks during the product commercialization process. The database also lists inventors and the product ideas they are working on.

Access to the database is free. Anyone may search the database without registering or becoming an InventVermont member. However to post a listing, one must become a registered user. There is no cost to become a registered user. Once registered, each user may create up to five service provider profiles and five inventor profiles.
