  • 1.1 General Information - Text you provide will be reviewed for content. If information is deemed to require modifications prior to posting, you will be required to modify the information. InventVermont reserves the right not to post any information that may be considered offensive or does not meet the intended purpose of the Connections Database. InventVermont also reserves the right to remove any information from the Connections Database or Forum for any reason at anytime.
  • 1.2 Personal Information - Please be aware that any personal information you provide will be posted on the site and become public. If you do not want certain personal information to be public then do not provide this information when creating a profile or posting within the forums.
  • 1.3 Confidential Information - DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION THAT IS CONFIDENTIAL OR HAS NOT YET BEEN PROTECTED THROUGH THE UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE OR BY OTHER LEGAL MEANS.
  • 2.0 Your Warranties - You warrant that: (1) all information provided by you to InventVermont in connection with the Connection Database, or the Forums, is true and accurate; (2) that no confidential information has been entered at the site; (3) You have read and agree to the Connection Database and Forums Terms of Use (this document).
  • 3.0 Termination of Service - InventVermont may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Connections Database or Forum, including availability, at any time, and may terminate your use of the service at any time. InventVermont may modify the Terms of Use at any time with or without notice.
  • 4.0 Indeminfication - You the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless InventVermont, and its affiliates, against any and all claims, liability, losses, expenses and harm to you or others that may arise from the posting of information you post at the InventVermont web site.
