Description of Invention: This new innovative design was recently filed for patent. This trash can has a funnel, an axis point and a locking point that allows safe and easy discarding of trash into a commercial dumpster. The trash can is lifted onto the dumpster and the funnel slides over the rail of the dumpster to the axis point. As the trash can is raised against the axis point the trash slides out of the trash can funnel over the dumpster rail into the dumpster. The axis and locking point protect the users hand from injury against dumpster rail. Once the trash can is raised to full dumping position the funnel and locking point hold the trash can on the dumpster rail preventing the trash can from falling into the dumpster or back onto the user.
