Creating and Implementing Business Plans “Using a Business Plan as a Tool for Success” is the topic for the December meeting of InventVermont to be held at St. Michaels College on December 11, 2003. Adam Dantzscher, of Dantzscher and Associates, a business management consulting firm in Burlington will speak on this issue. Dantzscher will provide a presentation and discussion on what a business plan is and what it is used for. In particular, how to make the business plan useful as an ongoing business tool and not just as a document that you provide to funding sources. Included in the presentation will be a discussion of how cash flow can be used to provide short term and long term advantage.
