Bill will talk about the fine art of licensing an invention. Drawing from actual license text and negotiation strategy, we will examine some practical do’s and don’ts. Although not a lawyer, Bill has extensive experience with licensing that might come in handy when thinking about making money with your – or someone else’s invention. This presentation could be helpful for both inventors (licensors) and those interested in commercializing an invention (licenses).
