Raising Capital from Angel Investors
Professor Wainwright will discuss the common characteristics of successful entrepreneurs and funded business plans. Based on his experiences as an angel group leader and his association with veteran venture capitalists, he will describe how to make presentations to investors (including what NOT to say) as well as the basics of negotiating financing terms. Professor Wainwright will also describe the roles and responsibilities of entrepreneurs and investors in guiding ventures toward long term success.
