GORDON E. R. TROY is a partner in the Charlotte law firm Gordon E. R. Troy, PC, where he practices in the areas of intellectual property, including trademark, copyright, unfair competition, internet law, computer law, and patent litigation matters. Mr. Troy received his B.A. degree from Rollins College and J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. His is counsel to many start-up, micro and small companies providing intellectual property and related business counseling. He is admitted to practice in Vermont, New York, Illinois and District of Columbia. Mr. Troy is a member of the Vermont and American Bar Associations.
