Holly Creeks
CEO
Hammerheadsleds

Holly Creeks graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979, with a degree in Computer Science and began her career as a software developer in the Washington, DC area. In 1989 she, her husband and their young family moved to Vermont where she worked for a small software company.

In 1992 Ms. Creeks went to work for Bio-Tek Instruments, Inc. in Winooski, VT where, as a software engineer, she developed embedded software for Bio-Tek's laboratory equipment. Ms. Creeks assumed responsibility for managing product development for the biomedical division, which consisted of ten primary product lines, in 1998. In this capacity she assumed responsibility for a $1M budget and managed both internal and external (consultant) resources.

In the spring of 2001 Fluke Corporation, a Danaher company, acquired the biomedical division of Bio-Tek along with two other similar businesses. Ms. Creeks was invited to lead the merging of these organizations in Carson City, NV. For personal reasons Ms. Creeks declined the opportunity to relocate however she did assume responsibility for transitioning the product line and intellectual property for all of Bio-Tek's products to the new organization. Her next mission was to bring new products to market under the new company while training other associates in the 'art' of project management. She participated at the executive staff level of the new company and served as a good role model for those troubled by the various transitions taking place until June 2004 when Ms. Creeks chose to end her long-term relationship with the biomedical test equipment product line. Since that time she has dedicated her talents to the development and support of the Hammerhead sled, and the Company operations.

Ms. Creeks is actively involved in her community; most recently by introducing the first community garden to her area. She volunteers with Vermont Public Radio and the Make-A-Wish organization. In addition to enjoying winter activities like cross country skiing and sledding, Ms. Creeks is an avid ice hockey player.
