Dr. Kathleen (Chi-lyi) Liang Associate Professor Department of Community Development and Applied Economics University of Vermont Kathleen has been the lead faculty at the University of Vermont in Entrepreneurship Education since 1998. Her research, teaching and outreach focus on many perspectives of Entrepreneurship and its interactions with community people and community-based organizations. She teaches Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning and Risk Analysis and Forecasting Methods at UVM, and she applies innovative and interactive pedagogy such as Dollar Enterprise. Dr. Liang is an active member with US Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Association of Agricultural Economics, Association of Economics and Community Development Society.
