Michael J. Weins

Michael J. Weins has been practicing intellectual property law since 1976. His practice in Lebanon, New Hampshire is principally in the area of counseling clients on intellectual property matters relating to patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, and representing clients in seeking patent, trademark, and/or copyright protection.

Mr. Weins holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and a M.S. in metallurgical engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan; a Ph.D. in applied physic from Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.; and a J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in Chicago, Ill. He is admitted to the United States court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Court for Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia, the State of New York, and the State of Illinois as well as registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a registered professional engineer.
