Trademark and Copyright Basics
This presentation will provide basic information on trademarks and
copyrights. Primary topics will include (i) what trademark and
copyright law protect (and what they don't protect); (ii) how trademark
and copyright protection is obtained; and (iii) how to avoid infringing
the trademarks and copyrights of others. The presentation will include
"real world" situations that a small business in Vermont could
encounter. There will be time allotted for questions and active
participation of attendees will be encouraged.
