Licensing Your Idea: Part I - Negotiating the License
Over the past four years as a consultant with ipCapital Group, Rachael has been involved with numerous patent licensing transactions. She will describe her key learnings as to what makes the most effective package to sell or license and how to most effectively pitch it. This will include how to get the initial meeting with the potential licensee and how to present the strength of your package to the potential licensee. She will include specific examples from licensing deals to illustrate the concepts.
