Sam Buckley
Sam Buckley has been the Director of Business Programs at the Vermont Community Loan Fund since 2003. The Vermont Community Loan Fund finances a wide variety of businesses. VCLF loans are aimed at businesses that provide benefits to low-to-moderate-income Vermonters through livable-wage jobs and revitalized communities. Our objective is to save and create jobs through business development.
Sam will discuss the types of businesses that VCLF makes loans to as well the different loan products offered and steps required to obtain a loan from VCLF.
