Tobey Clark its.uvm.edu Tobey Clark has been the director of the Instrumentation & Model Facility (IMF) for fifteen years. IMF designs, develops, fabricates and services custom instruments for the University of Vermont community including Vermont start-up companies and area high tech firms. He has a faculty appointment in the School of Engineering and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences where he teaches medical instrumentation courses and serves as a project advisor. Tobey has an MSEE from UVM and a BS in biomedical engineering from Boston University.
